Register for GO Direkt here. With GO Direct, you pay your GO toll directly to ASFINAG, without going via payment providers.

Please inform us of any changes to your customer details in writing using the contact form. 

Let us know your new bank details in writing using the contact form.

After processing, we will send you a SEPA direct debit mandate. Please return this signed by you and your bank. A signature from the bank is not required for private individuals.  

Go to the nearest GO point of sale. They will tell you the reason for the block. Otherwise, please contact us by telephone.

Please note: If you have not paid the GO toll properly, you must make a retroactive payment at a GO point of sale within 5 hours and 100 kilometres. 

A financial limit is stored in your customer account. If you utilise more than 75% of the limit, you will receive an initial limit warning from us. Further limit warnings will follow at 85% and 90%.

If you receive a limit warning, please contact us regarding an early direct debit or an adjustment to your limit.

Please note: Your GO-Box will be automatically blocked if you have utilised more than 97% of your limit. 

You can download your electronic GO Direkt invoice free of charge at any time using your access data in the SelfCare portal. Or use our contact form. 

Use the contact form to provide us with the vehicle data (licence plate number, number of axles) and upload the registration certificate:

• Collection code: We will send you a collection code which you can use to collect your personalised GO-Box from a GO point of sale.
• Dispatch: We will be happy to send you the GO-Box upon request (only within the EU). Please allow 10 days for dispatch.

SelfCare portal: GO Direkt customers who use the SelfCare portal can register the vehicle for the GO toll system themselves ("Ordering the GO Box").

It is best to return the GO-Box to a GO point of sale or send it to us by post (only within the EU):

Have the GO-Box blocked before you send it to avoid unnecessary toll debits. To do this, contact the ASFINAG Service Center and provide your PAN (Personal Account Number). You will find this on the vehicle declaration and on every sales outlet receipt.
