Enter the Personal Account Number (PAN) and the On-Board Unit Number (OBU ID).
Create an account
You need an active contract to access the SelfCare portal. So please proceed as follows:
1 Get a GO-Box
Get a GO-Box at one of our GO points of sale.
2 Take receipts with you
You will find the PAN (Personal Account Number) on the customer receipts that you received when you picked up a GO-Box from our GO points of sale. You need the PAN to register for the SelfCare Portal.
3 Note the number of the on-board unit
You also need the number of the on-board unit (also GO-Box number or OBU-ID) for registration. With this (and the PAN) you can request a username and password.
If you already have an active contract but do not know your PAN, you can request it from us. To do this, please use the "Send PAN" form, which you can find under Downloads.
